The Day-to-Day
Talbot brings battlefield discipline, boardroom strategy, and Wall Street results to ExecPathfinders. A former U.S. Army Major and Global Head of Institutional Sales at BNP Paribas, he spent four decades leading in high-stakes environments—from commanding helicopters in combat to running billion-dollar institutional businesses and managing teams of hundreds.
Since founding ExecPathfinders, Talbot has focused on empowering elite performers and visionary leaders with tools that are actionable and personal. He guides executives through high-impact transitions, builds global partnerships, and helps teams adopt the Elite Performance Pillars that sustain peak results.

Professional Experience
Talbot’s professional track record spans technology, corporate finance, and a distinguished 23-year career at BNP Paribas, where he rose to Global Head of Institutional Sales in London.
There he built and led teams of 650+ professionals, managed a business generating more than $4 billion annually, and shaped commercial strategy across hedge funds, asset managers, official institutions, and pension clients.
Before BNP Paribas, Talbot’s career included Silicon Valley semiconductor companies, IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Lehman Brothers, and JPMorgan, building deep expertise across technology, finance, strategy, and leadership.
He combines practical experience with rigorous credentials: CFA Charterholder, MBA from the University of Cambridge Judge Business School, and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
These experiences ultimately became the foundation of the Elite Performance Pillars—a pragmatic framework that has helped thousands of leaders accelerate careers, sharpen decision-making, and deliver measurable organizational impact.
